Marlowe Partners LP
915 Broadway, 18th Floor

We provide no work-life balance. We are driving to create the exceptional. You would be on the founding team and on call 24/7. You must be the best. Hungry. Relentless. If you cannot commit to that, this role is not for you.
The Firm
Marlowe Partners is a concentrated, long-only public equity investment partnership. We are scaling from a family capital base to institutional scale, with a thirty-year mandate to grow from $1 billion to $100 billion. Our culture is unique. We will not retrain people shaped by other firms. We want raw talent that learns quickly and works without limits.
The Role
We are seeking an Investor Relations & Presentation Associate to help build the communications engine of Marlowe. This is not a conventional IR role. It is a founding-team position, designed for someone with limited prior experience but extreme drive.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and refine world-class presentations (PowerPoint is non-negotiable).
- Write and edit investor letters, memos, and materials with clarity and precision.
- Act as a superb writer who can communicate with sophistication and nuance.
- Work comfortably with potential and current partners from around the world.
- Support the Founder/CIO in allocator meetings and presentations.
- Represent Marlowe at occasional international conferences.
- Contribute across functions in a small, high-intensity team.
Requirements
- Limited prior experience (preferred).
- Hungry and relentless: expect no work-life balance for the first few years.
- Elite communicator: aspire to be the best in the world at both spoken presentation and written storytelling.
- Superb writing ability: capable of drafting allocator-grade letters, memos, and documents.
- Global fluency: comfortable interacting with institutional partners across geographies and cultures.
- Fast learner: absorb complex ideas quickly and translate them into clear investor communication.
- Numerical competence: solid Excel skills for tables and exhibits.
- Cultural fit: comfortable in a small team with high demands and immediate accountability.
Compensation & Path
- Starting salary: $70,000 – $100,000
- Ample opportunity to rise to Partner as the firm scales.
