The Work Itself
Interning within Auto Data & Analytics means being part of a team that is responsible for the development, delivery, and support of technologies and tools that enable management of Dealer Financial Services-related data. We partner with Ally’s businesses to supply the data that fuels our company’s ability to make informed decisions, solve business problems, innovate, and capitalize on opportunities.
Throughout the duration of the 11-week program, you'll have the ability to hone your skills in analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Typically, interns are matched with a specific team and manager in mid-spring. Doing so offers the ability to assign program participants to real-time, business critical needs. You could be on teams such as…
- Data Solutions Support (Detroit, MI or Lewisville, TX) – Focuses on providing data solutions to various stakeholders throughout the organization. They collaborate with operational and technology counterparts to serve as a "one-stop shop" for data, reporting and analytical product solutions. - Consumer Originations Strategy Analytics (Detroit, MI or Lewisville, TX) – Focuses on creating different strategies revolving around originations and servicing.
