Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00am-5:00pm
Minimum Starting Salary: $22.83 per hour

What You Will Do – Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Caseworker will be responsible for out of home placements of children and providing protective services to children and their families. Will provide protective service and case management to abused, neglected, dependent, unruly and/or delinquent children and provide support and direction to families as well as coordinate with the court system and other community agencies for treatment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Experience in social work and case management.
  • Proficient in casework and assessment techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Type a minimum of 25 wpm

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; LSW considered equivalent.

What we hope you bring to the role:

  • Experience in child welfare or related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of child protection laws and regulations.

Certifications or Licensure:

  • SWA, LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC a plus
