Are you ready to be the driving force behind a marketing transformation? As TRA’s AI Automation Specialist, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll engineer the future of how we connect with clients. You’ll lead bold initiatives using powerful platforms like Cake, HubSpot, and AI-driven tools to supercharge lead generation, precision-target ideal clients, and elevate our marketing engine to new heights.

This is more than a technical role—it’s a chance to shape strategy, automate smarter, and unlock rapid growth across the entire funnel. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that scale, all while staying ahead of the curve in a fast-moving digital landscape.

Responsibilities

Configure and optimize Cake lead integrations for seamless performance

Implement AI-based lead scoring and routing to maximize efficiency and conversions

Track and analyze key metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and campaign ROI

Collaborate with Backend Engineers to refine and enhance data flows for marketing automation

Continuously test and iterate on workflows to improve targeting, personalization, and overall campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing automation or campaign operations

Hands-on experience with platforms such as Cake, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier

Strong analytics skills and a passion for data-informed decision-making

Familiarity with AI/LLM-driven marketing tools is a strong plus

A creative mindset with a knack for solving complex marketing and data challenges

Location: Irvine, CA - onsite preferred 

Compensation: Up to $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience
