🧠 Program Planning & Development

Design age-appropriate activity plans for:
- Camps: Themed weekly schedules with rotating stations (STEM, arts, movement, mindfulness)
- After-School Care: Daily enrichment blocks (homework help, creative play, group games)
- Drop-In Care: Flexible, modular activities that can be adapted for short stays
- Family Events: Interactive stations (crafts, storytelling, collaborative games) that encourage parent-child engagement
Align all activities with developmental goals (social-emotional learning, creativity, collaboration)
Incorporate inclusive practices—cultural relevance, accessibility, and neurodiversity-friendly options
Build seasonal and holiday-themed content calendars

🧰 Resource Creation & Organization

Create printable activity guides, supply lists, and setup instructions for staff
Develop visual aids, worksheets, and signage for stations
Maintain organized digital folders for each program type (camp, after-school, drop-in, events)
Curate music playlists, storybooks, and multimedia tools to enhance programming

👥 Staff Collaboration & Training

Host mini training sessions or walkthroughs for facilitators and volunteers
Provide feedback and support for staff implementing curriculum
Adjust plans based on staff input and child engagement levels
Collaborate with event coordinator to align curriculum with logistics and space setup

📅 Weekly & Seasonal Duties

Update curriculum plans weekly based on attendance, themes, and feedback
Rotate materials to keep programming fresh and engaging
Prepare special activities for school breaks, holidays, and themed family nights
Track which activities were most successful and note improvements for future use

📝 Documentation & Evaluation

Contribute to grant proposals or reports by summarizing curriculum goals and outcome
