Dual Role: Operations Assistant & Office Associate

We’re seeking a resourceful and dynamic team member to support two sister companies operating under one roof. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to contribute across two organizations with shared leadership.

 

Role 1: Operations Assistant

Company: Confidential Business Undergoing Sale

Focus: Operational support and sales preparation

You’ll work directly with company leadership to:

  • Assist in daily operations and interactions with customers
  • Help coordinate activities related to business valuation and sale

This role is temporary until the business is sold, at that juncture this employee will transition into a full-time focus on the Office Associate role.

 

Role 2: Office Associate – Equipment Financing

Company: Leasing Innovations Incorporated

Focus: Shared departmental assistance with opportunities for growth

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing & processing customer applications
  • Supporting credit analysts with document collection, organization, and tracking
  • Coordinating contract preparation and file management
  • Communicating with clients and vendors as needed

This role suits someone who thrives on detail, efficiency, and customer support.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional multitasking and time management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Adobe
