
Business Development Manager
RestoPros of Dayton is looking for a driven, dynamic, and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the Dayton region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll be on the front lines building strong partnerships, expanding our referral network, and generating a consistent pipeline of mitigation and restoration projects.
You’ll have the autonomy to make an immediate impact while leveraging the full support of an established, growing company. Your mission: own the market by creating lasting relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, contractors, real estate professionals, and other key decision-makers who influence referral opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development by cultivating relationships with strategic referral partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mitigation and restoration leads through face-to-face meetings, networking events, and consistent outreach.
- Partner closely with property managers, plumbers, contractors, real estate agents, and insurance professionals to secure recurring referral opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Consistently hit or exceed sales goals by leveraging your relationship-building and closing skills.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales success, ideally in restoration, construction, insurance, or related industries.
- A hunter mentality with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport quickly, and close deals.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills — you thrive in face-to-face interactions.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with company objectives.
- Valid driver’s license — local travel is required.
