Senior Litigation Paralegal

PARALEGAL-North County Defense Medical Malpractice Law Firm is looking to add an experienced, senior Litigation Paralegal. Must have a minimum of one years of experience with civil litigation and be able to handle a case load of 45+ cases. This position requires the paralegal to be self-sufficient and able to document the work performed on their cases, subpoena records, perform legal and expert research, prepare cases for trial, including drafting jury instructions, witness and exhibit lists/binders, and participate with attorney during the discovery and issue spotting process to advance our defense goals. The ideal candidate should be proactive, motivated, energetic, deadline-oriented, and an independent critical thinker. Must have a paralegal certificate.
