Upper-Level Law Student Opportunity
CAVA Law, LLC, a South Florida law firm focused on bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and business reorganization, is seeking an upper-level law student to join our team as a Law Clerk. This position is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in litigation and commercial disputes while working directly with experienced attorneys.
About the Role:
The selected candidate will receive assignments focused on developing strong litigation skills, including legal research, drafting motions, assisting in trial preparation, and exposure to courtroom procedures. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex cases involving bankruptcy, commercial litigation, and real estate disputes.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in law school (2L or 3L preferred).
Completed coursework in:
- Civil Procedure
- Property Law
- Secured Transactions
- Business Organizations
Has strong legal research and writing skills.
Demonstrated interest in litigation and commercial disputes.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
