IT & Systems Intern

IT & Systems Intern (Part-Time)

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, organized problem-solver to join our team as a part-time IT & Systems Intern. This internship is perfect for someone who loves creating efficient workflows, optimizing documents and spreadsheets, and keeping systems running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our team with both technical troubleshooting and process organization.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain digital systems, including Google Workspace, shared drives, and internal documentation
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets, decks, and docs with formulas, automation, and cross-sheet updates
  • Create and optimize templates, dashboards, and workflows for consistent team use
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with software, hardware, and internal tools
  • Organize and maintain files, folders, and documentation for easy access and retrieval
  • Document systems and processes, providing clear instructions and user guides for the team
  • Assist team members with IT-related questions and technical setup
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
     

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field; but open to any major if you’re highly comfortable with technology and systems
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new tools quickly
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and understanding of formulas, functions, and automation
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to create consistent file and document structures
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical processes
  • Previous experience with Mac or Windows systems is a plus
  • Availability for part-time work (flexible schedule, ~1-2 days per week)
