Data Information Specialist

What You’ll Do

As our Data Information Specialist, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero making our direct mail magic happen. You’ll work closely with the Production Fulfillment team to clean, prep, and process marketing data — and help Sales with response tracking and data insights. If you love making spreadsheets sing and finding clarity in chaos, this role was made for you.

🛠You’ll Use Tools Like:

• Excel (If/Then logic, pivot tables, sorting, formatting, formulas, and the occasional VBA wizardry)
• Python, R, or Object-oriented programming

You’ll work on things like:

• List clean-up and conversion
• Mail merge + PDF generation
• Data auditing + hygiene
• Response analytics

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 1+ year of experience in data, admin, or computer work (college level courses in analytics too!)
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
• Bonus: experience with data hygiene, merge/purge, or direct mail campaigns
• Must be able to commute reliably to our office in Buckhead, GA daily

Compensation: Salary range of 45,000-55,000 commensurate with experience.
