FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
JOB DESCRIPTION
Associate Service Requirements:
We are looking for a pleasant and friendly team member who will strive to meet the needs of customers while supporting The Edge’s mission. Communicates and treats customers in a courteous, tactful, and respectful manner. Ability to provide our guests with consistent information about our programs as well as our café and conference room rental opportunities. Handle conflict and problems relating to the customer in a constructive and appropriate manner. Responds promptly and in a friendly and cooperative manner; demonstrating INTEGRITY, COMMITMENT, ADVOCACY, RESPECT AND EXCELLENCE in demeanor, language, and tone of voice, and is clearly courteous treating our Edge guests and those whom he/she regularly interacts with in carrying out job assignments.
Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
These dependable and hardworking individuals will be responsible for:
- Serving at the front desk
- Greeting customers
- Prepare courts/field/cafe for upcoming activities, including setting up nets, batting cages, etc.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of the facility during their respective shifts.
Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- Team Player
- Good time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic
- Must possess a servant heart
Shift Highlights:
Typical shifts are evenings/nights and weekends. Starting pay rate is $12.00 per hour.
