· Waffle House company- wide first year income averages
o Unit Manager (1 restaurant) $65,000-$85,000
o District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - Average promotion 12-24 months, $85,000-$115,000
o Division Manager (6-9 restaurants)-Average Promotion 2-3 Years $115,000-$145,000
· Invest up to 10% in Waffle House stock with a $18,500 stock option on your first day of employment
· Stock options awarded annually and at increasing value with each promotion throughout your career. District - $75,00 stock option, Division Manager $92,500 stock option.
