Solutions Specialist / Associate

About the Role

Corrigan Air & Sea Cargo is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Solutions Specialist / Associate to support our Customers and Commercial team. This critical role serves as a key liaison between Corrigan and a variety of stakeholders—including customers, end users, vendors, and contractors. You’ll be responsible for creating spot pricing estimates, solution designs, and compelling proposals that reflect Corrigan’s value while meeting client needs.

 

Corrigan specializes in international shipping, export packaging, and crating of equipment for global trade. We manage complex global logistics with precision and care. From international transportation to warehousing and distribution, Corrigan delivers expert, end-to-end supply chain solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients across a wide range of industries.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing proposals, budget estimates, and presentations that help guide customer decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather detailed project or shipment requirements.
  • Create solution designs and pricing strategies that are both competitive and profitable.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of Corrigan to collect relevant data and present proposals.
  • Analyze pricing and budget processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Commercial team with timely responses to data and research requests.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project status and performance metrics.

 

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of professional experience in a logistics, pricing, operations, or fast-paced analytical environment.
  • Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet expedited deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create polished business presentations.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience developing dashboards or data visualizations is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage input from multiple stakeholders.
