Position Summary
McIntyre Elder Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal Intern to support our legal team in delivering outstanding service to our clients. This internship is ideal for a rising senior undergraduate student pursuing a pre-law or law-related major who is looking to gain real-world legal experience in a professional firm setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trusts
Conduct legal and factual research under supervision
Organize and maintain client files and documentation
Assist with client intake and follow-up communication
Observe client meetings, court proceedings, or seminars (where permitted)
Draft summaries, memos, and internal reports as needed
Support with database management and legal software tools
Perform administrative tasks related to ongoing legal matters
