College Partner / Investor Relations

I want to work with a driven college student who’s hungry to learn real estate and build something for themselves. You don’t need prior experience; I’ll show you the ropes—what I need is someone who can help me build and manage relationships with cash buyers and investors.

This role is all about learning while you earn. You’ll talk to investors, figure out what they want to buy, and help match them with deals we lock up. When those deals close, you get paid commissions (usually $1k–$10k per deal). Plus, you’ll be networking with real investors and learning the business from the inside.

What you’ll be doing:

• Calling and vetting investors (I’ll give you the scripts).
• Adding buyers to our investor list and keeping it updated.
• Talking with investors about deals we get under contract.
• Helping move deals to closing.
• Building long-term connections that can help you after college.
