Junior Achievement inspires and prepares young people to succeed in a global economy. At the Inspiration Center in Las Vegas, students learn career readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy through hands-on programs like JA BizTown and JA Finance Park.

Position Overview

Help bring learning to life for K–12 students. You will coordinate school visits and volunteer teams, support interactive student activities, and ensure smooth program days. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who love working with youth, organizing events, and making a community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate school scheduling, confirmations, and day-of check in
• Prepare materials and stations for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park
• Lead groups of students through activities and support volunteers
• Track attendance, feedback, and basic data in our systems
• Collaborate with staff on program improvements and special events

You Are

• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• A clear communicator with a customer service mindset
• Comfortable speaking to groups and giving simple instructions
• Mission driven and great with youth and adult volunteers

Preferred Skills

• Experience in youth programs, camps, tutoring, or events
• Basic Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Location: JA Inspiration Center, 4440 E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89121

Schedule: Weekdays, on site. Occasional earlier start on program days

Compensation: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour
