
Program Director
Inclusion Fusion is looking for a passionate, people-first leader to step into the role of Program Director: a key position responsible for bringing our mission of community, connection, and belonging to life every single day.
As Program Director, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily programming, lead and support our team of instructors, and ensure every group, event, and experience reflects the heart of Inclusion Fusion: fun, friendship, and true inclusion for neurodivergent teens and adults.
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts organized and innovative; someone who can manage the big picture, think creatively about programming, and be present on the ground to build real relationships with our members, families, and staff.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every part of our program runs smoothly and with heart, from day-to-day operations to staff support, to launching new clubs, events, and community partnerships. Roles & Responsibilities:
Program Oversight
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of Inclusion Fusion’s programs, ensuring consistency and high-quality programs.
- Monitor program delivery and group dynamics regularly through group observation, staff feedback and member feedback.
- Lead program development, improvement and innovation, keeping programs engaging, inclusive, and mission-aligned.
Staff Support & Management
- Directly supervise & direct Instructors and Program Managers
- Maintain clear communication with all staff, ensuring expectations are understood and upheld.
- Serve as a go-to support person for day-to-day staff needs, problem-solving, and on-the-ground decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring all groups, events, and one-on-one sessions are fully staffed & staffed appropriately.
Family & Member Communication
- Overseeing & delivering all communication, and serve as a point of contact for families and members regarding group fit, progress, concerns, or feedback
Programming, Events & Curriculum
- Brainstorm and propose new ideas for clubs, workshops, events, and seasonal programs that reflect member interests and needs.
- Help bring ideas to life by guiding the planning process, delegating tasks, and ensuring successful execution across the team.
- Collaborate with the programming managers to keep the calendar creative, consistent, and full of exciting offerings.
- Oversee and manage all curriculum development and execution across the organization, including: Social groups, cooking group lessons, life skills groups, events, clubs, workshops & more Cooking group lessons and recipes
Collaboration with Leadership
- Report directly to leadership providing regular updates on staff, programs, and member concerns.
- Collaborate on big-picture planning, hiring, and strategic decisions.
- Participate in leadership meetings and help drive the long-term success and growth of the organization
Qualifications
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and/or disability communities
- Experience in team leadership or program management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
- Passion for disability inclusion, community-building, and mission-driven work
- Someone who is outgoing, energetic, social & positive!
