About Us:
We are a recruiting firm that provides top engineering, IT, and cybersecurity talent to U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) contractors. We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with a military background or strong military network to help us grow in key defense markets.

What You’ll Do:

Represent our company at meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Build relationships with defense contractors, government agencies, and key decision-makers.

Use your military background or network to connect with new clients.

Work with our recruiting team to match high-quality candidates to client needs.

Negotiate contracts and manage client accounts.

Maintain sales pipeline in CRM and meet revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Military service or strong network in the defense industry (required).

Sales or business development experience (preferred in staffing/recruiting or defense services).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Understanding of DoD contracting and procurement is a plus.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $50K–$60K DOE

On-Target Earnings: $120K+ with uncapped commission
