Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including candidate research, engagement, qualification, presentation, and placement.
  • Build diverse and high-caliber talent pipelines through strategic outreach, research, and networking.
  • Collaborate with leadership on market intelligence initiatives, client strategy, and retained search execution.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
  • Embrace full ownership of the search process in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

 

What We Look For

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessarily required. If no Bachelor's, experience in an SDR/BDR type sales-focused role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated cognitive agility and verbal reasoning
  • Strong pattern recognition and judgment in unstructured environments
  • A genuine interest in technology and talent markets, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Semiconductor.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
  • A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to process and retain complex information, prioritize effectively, and work independently and collaboratively
