Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including employee evaluation, orientation, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to the development of our workforce management initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process by facilitating employee orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Support the HR team in conducting employee evaluations and gathering feedback for performance management.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to enhance HR processes and improve employee engagement.
  • Contribute to workforce management projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Utilize HR software tools such as UltiPro, SAP, Ceridian, and Lever for data entry and reporting.
  • Help coordinate interviews by scheduling candidates and preparing interview materials.
  • Collaborate with team members on various HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and contributing to team objectives.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.
  • Previous experience in interviewing or employee evaluation processes is advantageous but not required.
