What you will be doing:
- Organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Responsible for data input and accuracy of HRIS system, including but not limited to new hire personal information, time-off balances, and payroll information
- Responsible for reviewing outstanding items and/or missing paperwork and follow up with employees and management, including but not limited to performance reviews, warnings, and other HR-related documents
- Create and send various staff communications including, but not limited to employee events, performance reviews, and separation notification
- Responsible for creating office name tags, access badges, and new hire packages for all employees
- Coordinate employee events through the planning process and provides active participation
- Review invoices for accuracy and process for payment
- Handle administrative support in disseminating letters, memos, and operational updates to improve the overall workflow of the department
- Maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
What we need from you:
- High School Diploma; experience in an office environment a plus
- Human Resources related degree preferred
- Familiarity with state laws and regulations a plus
- Strong clerical skills and PC proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, Power Point, and Excel
- Must work independently as well as part of a team, exhibit a positive attitude, and cooperative spirit and have a commitment and dedication to quality service while maintaining confidentiality
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills
- A professional appearance and demeanor are required

Pay Range: $43,113 - $50,721 per hour
