Team Leader

Level Up is hiring a Team Leader to join our team in Cincinnati. This position is ideal for a determined candidate looking to gain hands on sales experience and grow in a leadership role. We are looking for a candidate with a relevant field of study or working experience to bring their skills to our team. 

 

Candidates for the Team Leader position should show the following capabilities:

  • Persuasive - able influence others to their views and open them to new ideas
  • Self-starter -able to figure out the best way to accomplish their objectives with a minimum of guidance and supervision

  • Intellectually curious - likes to learn new things; able to defend their position but exercises humility to learn new ways when shown facts that they are wrong

 

The Team Leader role provides a dedicated track to sales management. Responsibilities include:
