Aquatics and Facility Rentals Director

The Lake Crystal Area Recreation Center is looking for an experienced recreation professional to join our team as the Aquatics and Rentals Director.

This is a full-time position that's part of our core management team. You'll be responsible for the comprehensive aquatics program and facility rentals. Duties will include department scheduling, managing budgets, and supervising staff. You'll also coordinate and teach swimming lessons, trainings, and water aerobics classes. A key part of the role will be working with a variety of external clients to maximize facility rentals. Hours are both varied and flexible.

Qualifications

    A minimum of 4 years of aquatics experience or related recreation experience is required.

    A Bachelor’s degree in Recreation or a related field is preferred.

    WSI-I and LGI certifications are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $60,000, along with a generous benefits package that includes:
