Job Duties: Responsible for leading the development, performance, and delivery across multiple Clinical Data Management features. Grow the development teams in both numbers (recruiting) and in their careers (mentorship). Provide leadership in Agile development processes ensuring that we are delivering the most business value we can in each release. Directly collaborate with all product stakeholders and drive multiple features to successful delivery. Be a trusted partner for senior management to determine best solutions, help drive alignment and implement decisions throughout your team. Develop domain knowledge and provide critical feedback for implementation. Help drive engineering performance culture, work with architects and support design changes to ensure best possible product in terms of quality, scalability and performance. Must be able to contribute to hands on coding, technical design, product design and product support, if needed. Diagnose and troubleshoot live issues to ensure successful customer engagement. Full-time Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Requirements: The position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field of study plus eight (8) years of experience in the job offered, software engineer, or a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered, software engineer, or a related occupation. In addition, this role requires: 6 years of experience building enterprise software in a multi-tenanted, SaaS architecture; 6 years of experience developing enterprise software using Java, MySQL, ActiveMQ, and Solr with focus in defining object/database models; 6 years of experience developing in an Agile environment using JIRA based tools for sprint planning and execution; 3 years of experience in technical management in software product development executing against roadmaps; 3 years of experience managing or leading and mentoring a team of software developers; and, 3 years of experience presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, actively collaborating with Product Managers/Executives toward roadmap construction and planning.

Salary and Benefits: $274,000 - $284,000/yr. Salary ranges listed in compliance w/ local regs & reps a potential base salary range for this role. Actual salaries may vary depending on exp & location.
