Job Title: Seasonal Tax Season Staff – Hands-On Accounting Experience

About the Role:
Join our team at S&S Tax and Accounting Services LLC and get real-world accounting experience during tax season. This role is perfect for Wright State University accounting majors who want to gain hands-on skills in a professional tax office. You’ll work directly with experienced accountants and learn the ins and outs of the busiest time of year in our industry.

Responsibilities:

Process tax returns and assist with filings

Review and respond to tax correspondence/letters

Perform accurate data entry

Sit in on and review tax returns with clients

Process payments and issue receipts

Assist with general administrative and client support as needed

Qualifications:

Current Wright State University accounting major

Upperclassmen preferred, but underclassmen with solid accounting knowledge welcome

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Professional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a busy environment
