Marketing Production Intern

Responsibilities
- Capture onsite marketing events, translating moments into engaging short-form videos (e.g., Instagram Reels) and high-quality images
- Produce and edit long-form content for our YouTube channel and website, including interviews, event coverage, and b-roll
- Design compelling social graphics, marketing images, and visual assets that align with our brand aesthetic
- Edit videos with a keen design eye, incorporating motion graphics to enhance storytelling
- Contribute fresh, strategic content ideas tailored to platform trends and audience behavior
What You’ll Bring
- A portfolio showcasing both video production/editing and visual design work
- Experience shooting content with handheld cameras, but also capturing quick moments on smartphones as appropriate
- Proficiency in at least one video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Strong design skills with experience in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (bonus for motion graphics skills)
- Understanding of social media trends, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity about all things design, marketing, and storytelling
- Comfort working in a team setting, sharing ideas, and presenting creative work
The role is based in Brooklyn and will need to be local. Interns must be onsite a minimum of 24 hours per week, and weekly schedule may shift pending video needs including some evenings for marketing events, 5-8pm.
Intern rates depend on educational level and will fall between $20-24/hour.
Target start date is week of September 15 for 3 months.
