Business Development Associate

Your Role as a Business Development Associate
- Partner directly with a top-performing Account Manager to support their client development efforts
- Book qualified meetings with potential clients through outreach via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking
- Research prospective companies and decision-makers using industry tools and platforms
- Shadow client meetings to learn how we present our services, uncover hiring needs, and close new business
- Represent ROCS at local events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Track activity, outreach, and meeting notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking enthusiastic, entry-level candidates who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year university (recent grads encouraged to apply!)
- Are outgoing, friendly, and confident in starting conversations with new people
- Are eager to learn and grow in a professional sales environment
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills

- Are organized, self-motivated, and excited to take on new challenges
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $45,000–$50,000 base + Bonuses (On Target Earnings - $60,000-75,000)
