Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, social media-savvy Content Creation Intern to amplify Trade My Stuff’s presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You’ll craft engaging content that showcases our unique marketplace, drives user growth, and highlights our high-value products. This role offers hands-on marketing experience with the potential for a full-time marketing position post-graduation for top performers.

Responsibilities

Develop and post captivating social media content (reels, stories, posts) to promote used hot tubs, gym equipment, and more, aligning with current trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas that boost brand awareness and user engagement.

Create visually appealing graphics, captions, and short-form content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

(Optional) Edit short videos to highlight product features, user stories, or delivery processes, using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.

Monitor social media analytics to optimize content performance and report on engagement metrics.

Support go-to-market strategies by contributing to content for new category launches (e.g., saunas, e-bikes).

Qualifications

Current student (any major) with a strong interest in marketing and a knack for social media trends.

Creative flair and taste for crafting engaging, on-brand content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite) and basic graphic design skills.

(Preferred, not required) Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere).

Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude with a passion for startups and entrepreneurship.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
