Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing, Sales & Community Engagement Coordinator to lead strategic outreach and audience development efforts across all programs. The focus of this role is to fill seats, build partnerships, and secure sponsorships.
You’ll be responsible for hitting measurable sales targets, building organizational visibility, and creating meaningful connections with audiences and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Development
- Design and execute strategies to sell 50 -100+ tickets per event (goals vary by event)
- Track and report weekly on sales metrics and progress toward goals
- Develop and promote group ticket sales to schools, companies, and nonprofits
- Implement incentive programs (discount codes, early bird offers, group packages)
Sponsorship & Partnership Development
- Identify potential sponsors and partners aligned with our programming themes
- Draft and present sponsorship proposals; secure support for film series and events
- Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, institutions, and civic leaders
- Coordinate on-site sponsor activations or cross-promotions as needed
Community Engagement & Outreach
- Build relationships with schools, community groups, and civic organizations
- Represent 3Below at local events, festivals, or networking functions
- Lead outreach for student matinees and accessibility-focused events
- Coordinate presence at relevant conferences, expos, or outreach tables
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing, development, sales, or community outreach experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue or engagement goals
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive communication, and public-facing skills
- A love for live theater, film, and community-driven programming
- Experience working with diverse communities is a strong plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time, flexible hours; evenings/weekends required for events
- Base Pay: Starting at $22/hour
