We are a two-sided hiring platform connecting modern professionals to companies in a new way — prioritizing skills, purpose, and real-life preferences over resumes and biases. As we prepare to launch our platform, we are building a sales team that will help us bring innovative companies on board as founding partners.

🚀 Internship Overview

We’re seeking ambitious, outgoing, and strategic Sales Interns to help us grow our company accounts. You’ll be directly involved in cold calling, email outreach, local visits, and product demos to pitch Aecendt to companies who want better ways to hire. Your energy and influence will directly impact our platform’s launch success.

🔑 Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential company leads across various industries
  • Make cold calls and send outreach emails to company decision-makers
  • Conduct product walk-throughs and schedule demos with Account Leads
  • Assist with booth activations, campus visits, and in-person company contacts
  • Follow up on leads and maintain activity logs in our CRM
  • Collaborate weekly with the sales and marketing team for feedback and optimization
  • Report on objections, trends, and lead conversion insights

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Psychology, or related)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Strong confidence in outreach, follow-up, and deal closing
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and excited about entrepreneurship
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Prior sales, customer service, or fundraising experience is a plus

💸 Compensation

Base Stipend: $100/month (to support outreach tools and team connection)

Commission: Earn $25–$50 for each company account you help convert

Bonus: Performance-based bonuses for hitting milestone targets

📅 Weekly Commitment

10–15 hours per week (flexible around class schedule)

Must be available for weekly Zoom team check-in and CRM reporting
