Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Independent Contractor Sales Associate to connect with contractors and construction professionals, educate them on our lien purchase program, and close mutually beneficial deals. This is a commission-based, remote-friendly role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in relationship-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact contractors, subcontractors, and construction companies holding mechanics’ liens.
- Explain our lien purchasing process and its benefits.
- Negotiate lien purchase terms at a discounted rate.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and closed deals.
- Build and nurture long-term industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in B2B sales, collections, construction finance, or lien-related services preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time management.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and lien processes a plus.
Compensation:
- Availability for 100% commission based pay structure, weekly flat fee pay structure, or a combination of both
- Flexible schedule, work from anywhere.
- Independent contractor role (1099).
