What You’ll Do:

• Lead hands-on learning through our unique rotation-based model
• Create a safe, playful, and nurturing classroom environment
• Build lasting relationships with children and their families
• Work alongside a team that lifts each other up

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Bachelors degree AND Ohio Teaching License 
• Great communication, teamwork, and flexibility
• Able to meet all licensing and safety requirements (CPR/First Aid, lifting up to 40 lbs)
