Production Associate I

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Production Associate I in Indianapolis, IN.

Your main responsibilities as a Production Associate I:

·      Support production and assembly line operations

·      Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards

·      Monitor production processes and assist in troubleshooting

·      Maintain accurate production records and documentation

·      Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and workflow

What we are looking for in a Production Associate I:

·      Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred

·      0–5 years of experience

·      Strong problem-solving skills

·      Excellent communication abilities

Pay Scale:

$31,075 – $42,612 (Dependent on Experience)
