Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team at Tri Tech Restoration, a construction company that specializes in providing emergency mitigation and re-construction services for damages related to water, fire, smoke, mold, and vandalism. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted sales and marketing efforts

· Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and identify new opportunities for growth

· Develop and implement marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate new leads

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing efforts

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry

. Must be able to travel

· Proven track record of developing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation software and CRM tools

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
