Chief of Staff - Founder's Office

Position: Chief of Staff – Founder’s Office - College Graduates Welcome!

About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly organized Chief of Staff to join the Founder’s Office. This is a rare chance to work side-by-side with the Founder on exciting, high-impact projects and strategic initiatives. You’ll be in the room where decisions happen—capturing and organizing meeting notes, tracking action items for teams, streamlining workflows, and making sure the most important priorities get done.

Whether you’re fresh out of college or bringing some experience, what matters most is your drive, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Founder in planning, organizing, and executing strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on deliverables
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for internal and external audiences
  • Capturing and organizing meeting notes, and coordinating event logistics, enabling the Founder to focus on top priorities
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform decision-making
  • Serve as a liaison between the Founder and key stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Owning the role of record keeper for the Founder’s Office, maintaining clear, accurate documentation of all key discussions and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) – recent graduates welcome
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • A positive attitude with a “no task too small” mindset
