Pay Range: $24.18 to $36.27
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Full Time IT Business Integration Support Analyst 1, La Crosse, WI: Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time Business Support Specialist, to primarily serve as the IT Subject Matter Expert for our Supply Chain Business Group’s software. This person will be involved with:
- Research, innovation planning, and other support responsibilities related to the Retail Ordering Platform.
- Support & troubleshooting
- Serve as a knowledge expert/super user
- Assist with software administration & configuration
- Implementation, documentation, and training
- Coordinating test plans & scripting
- Recommending vendor relationship efficiencies
- Reporting & analytics
Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent from a two year college, or two or more years’ experience as a business or IT software specialist.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Experience with SQL, XML, and various scripting tools.
- Knowledge of standardized database design and administrative tasks (SQL Server)
- Experience with mobile platform application design, configuration and testing.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methods.
- Experience with monitoring system logs and providing details and analysis to vendor support teams.
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to educate individuals on new systems as well as changing software features and functionalities.
- Ability to develop approaches to solving problems in new business situations and technical environments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department directors, managers, co-workers, and external vendors.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed design specifications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
