About Us:
Mills Siding & Roofing is a trusted, locally-owned roofing company serving the community for over 75 years. We specialize in residential roof repairs, inspections, and replacements. We’re looking for motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic high school and college students to join our team for door-to-door lead generation.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to inform homeowners about our roofing services.
- Generate leads by collecting contact information from homeowners who are interested in a free roof inspection or estimate.
- Build rapport with homeowners and answer basic questions about our services.
- Work in a team to set appointments for our roofing experts to follow up on leads.
Compensation:
- $20 per lead generated (per household where contact information is collected).
- $200 bonus for each job secured from the leads you generate. (Payment is made once the job is completed.)
Who We’re Looking For:
- High school or college students with great communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident individuals.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors.
- No prior experience necessary—training and scripts will be provided!
