Full Time Community Coach

We are hiring a Full Time Community Coach in the Vocational Services Department.

The applicant will work with individuals on job skills by providing community based and facility based learning. This will include assisting individuals with disabilities to prepare for future employment opportunities by focusing on building different skills, learning about their likes and dislikes in the employment world by setting up and assisting with job tours in the community. This employee will also help with developing soft skills, provide hands on learning opportunities, communication skills, focus and attention, appropriate community readiness, and some paid work experiences. This person must be able to multi task, work independently, have good judgement, be accountable, be dependable and self-driven.  This employee must be able to adapt to constant change and be flexible. This employee will be responsible for daily documentation and transportation( with a company vehicle) for the individuals.
