Office Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Update appointment calendars, documents, trackers, system files and schedule meetings/appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc., as needed
- Troubleshoot and support customers
- Handle payments for services and marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (would be great to be experienced with Google Drive/Workspace, Documents, Calendar, Sheets, ChatGPT)
- Professional appearance
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prefer bilingual (Korean and English)
Other Job Requirements: As an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support for not only a branch office but across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the front office and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with the highest quality and in a timely manner.
