Audio, Video, Lighting Summer Team

Every summer Christ In Youth (CIY) plans and produces an estimated 60 week-long events across the United States for High School and Junior High Students. To help execute such a task, we hire 40+ seasonal production staff who are assigned to separate teams that travel across the country working events under the supervision and direction of full-time CIY staff. Production Team roles vary in nature - from lighting to audio to video to cameras. 

Production Team roles are paid positions. In addition to weekly pay, staff are provided travel expenses while on the road as well as room and board while at events and housing while in Joplin during office weeks.

Dates of position: May 10, 2026 – Aug 7, 2026. Start and end dates may vary due to assigned tours.
