Overview
The Digital Marketing Intern is an essential member of the Residential Marketing team, supporting a variety of digital marketing initiatives. This part-time, remote position begins in Fall 2025, with the possibility of extension into the Spring 2026 semester or Summer 2026 if business needs and performance allow. You will gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects that help enhance our digital communications and online presence.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Email Newsletter Management
- Collaborate with various departments to develop engaging content and articles for our monthly newsletter.
- Build, route for approval, distribute, and track the newsletter using Pardot.
- Analyze newsletter performance and report on content engagement metrics.
Social Media Analytics & Optimization
- Implement and optimize a new online social listening tool to monitor brand sentiment and digital trends.
- Refine and enhance our social media analytics dashboard, and share key insights with the team.
Trade Portal Management
- Audit existing trade portal content, identifying outdated or missing information.
- Coordinate updates for the portal by creating project briefs and managing communications with internal teams and/or agency partners.
Digital Expansion & Marketing Support
- Assist in launching new social media platforms and expanding our digital footprint.
- Support ongoing digital communications efforts across multiple channels.
- Provide additional marketing support as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player and proactive contributor, eager to implement new ideas.
- Exceptional computer and technical skills; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
- Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Pardot) and social media analytics tools preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional standing, manual dexterity, stooping, and minimal lifting required.
