Salary: $45,000 base salary + uncapped commission (1st year OTE: $75-85k)

What does a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon do?

You'll develop your network, maintain long-term partnerships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:

• Build your Client Base: Proactively reach out to companies within your designated market to understand their hiring needs and pitch our recruitment services as a solution
• Source Top Talent: Use a variety of sourcing methods- including job boards, social media, cold calling, and networking- to identify high-potential candidates and present them with relevant job opportunities 
• Manage the Hiring Process: Act as the key liaison between clients and candidates, coordinating interviews, sharing feedback, and negotiating offers to ensure successful placements
• Conduct Market Research & Strategy: Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to provide strategic insights and consultative support to your clients
