Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative
About the Role:

We're seeking driven, confident individuals to help homeowners transition to clean energy. No prior sales experience required—just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to generate and qualify leads
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
- Present tailored solar system proposals and close deals
- Set appointments or finalize sales on-site, depending on your role
- Attend daily sales trainings to build skills and stay sharp
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
What We Offer: - Uncapped commissions with top reps earning $120K–$450K+ annually

Qualifications: - Recent college graduate or entry-level candidate welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with face-to-face interaction
- Willing to relocate to Honolulu, Hawaii
- Must have reliable transportation to get to assigned locations
- Compensation:
- Appointment Setters: $200–$300 per kW sold
- Closers: $800–$1,100+ per kW sold
- High earning potential with no income cap (commission-only, 1099 contract)
