Video Editor & Content Creator (Full-Time)
Location: In-Office – Denver, CO

Are you a storyteller who can shoot, edit, and strategize compelling short-form content that actually converts? We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team as a Video Editor & Content Strategist — someone who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are behind the screen.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Strategize with our content team to align video concepts with brand goals and current trends
• Work closely with our Client Relations Manager (who writes the content) and Videographer (who captures larger projects)
• Turn organized, pre-shot footage into scroll-stopping edits with clean transitions, trending audio, and branded storytelling
• Infuse creativity, precision, and brand consistency into every piece
• Stay ahead of short-form video trends and platform updates
• Meet regular output goals and manage feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in video editing and short-form content creation (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of platform-specific styles and best practices (IG Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Comfortable shooting content solo (in addition to editing pre-shot footage)
• Proficiency in CapCut preferred; Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve also acceptable
• Self-starter mindset — organized, communicative, and reliable
• Your own editing-capable computer and gear to shoot with
