MBA Marketing Intern

Position Summary:
Xpansiv is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MBA Marketing Intern to join our team for the Fall 2025 semester. This is a remote, paid internship ideal for a current MBA student who wants to gain hands-on experience with campaign operations, data-driven marketing, and climate market dynamics.
You’ll support the execution, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple business lines, such as Markets, Registries, Managed Solutions, and Power. Working closely with our Director of Marketing and cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to campaign workflows, reporting, and operational planning – developing practical experience with real-world marketing systems in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution and monitoring of B2B email marketing campaigns
- Support the management of campaign workflows across teams and business units
- Help track campaign performance and assist with regular reporting and analytics
- Contribute to marketing planning activities, including data hygiene and contact segmentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales operations and business line stakeholders
- (Optional, based on team priorities and candidate interest): Support development of marketing content for the website, campaigns, and collateral
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a U.S.-based MBA program (full-time or part-time)
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of full-time business experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (Salesforce strongly preferred)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently
- Experience working remotely and collaborating across time zones
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus: Interest in climate tech, energy markets, or sustainability
