About the Program
The Expanding Horizons Program – Cross Functional Track is a 12-month, full-time rotational development experience for recent graduates eager to gain broad exposure across multiple areas of our business. Through immersive learning, executive engagement, and impactful project work, you’ll rotate through five essential departments to build well-rounded business and technical skills.
Rotations may include:
- Field Service Operations & Leadership
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Repair Operations
- Parts Logistics
- Customer Success
Each 8-week rotation is designed to deepen your understanding of operations, customer experience, and service execution—positioning you for a variety of career paths within Diebold Nixdorf.
What you will do:
- Participate in structured rotations across five business units
- Collaborate with experienced professionals on real-time initiatives and improvement projects
- Learn core processes such as service dispatch, vendor management, customer engagement, and production planning
- Contribute to process documentation, data analysis, standard work creation, and performance improvement strategies
- Present insights and recommendations to rotation leaders and executive sponsors

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Graduation date between August 2025 – December 2025
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Interest in cross-functional business operations, service delivery, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to start the program January 5, 2026
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Location: North Canton, OH (On-site only)
