About the Program

The Expanding Horizons Program is a 12-month, full-time rotational development experience designed for recent graduates ready to build a career in Services. This immersive program combines hands-on learning, executive exposure, and strategic project work to accelerate your understanding of the business and prepare you for future leadership roles. 

You will rotate through several critical Services functions, including:  

  • Field Service Operations & Leadership 
  • Business Operations 
  • Customer Success 
  • Parts Logistics 
  • Vendor Management 

Each rotation is designed to develop your business acumen, technical knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 

 

What you will do:  

  • Complete structured rotations across multiple departments within the Services organization 
  • Partner with experienced professionals on meaningful, high-impact projects 
  • Learn and apply key business processes such as service dispatch, customer engagement, vendor coordination, and operations analytics 
  • Contribute to process improvements, develop documentation, and propose actionable insights 
  • Present findings and recommendations to rotation sponsors and senior leadership

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Operations, or a related field 
  • Graduation date between August 2025 – December 2025 
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher 

 

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Interest in operations, field service, customer success, or logistics 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must be available to start the program January 5, 2026 
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship 
  • Location: North Canton, OH (On-site only)
