Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and creative Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be assigned your own sales territory and will be expected to produce measurable results through proactive outreach, relationship building, and innovative marketing strategies. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in B2B sales, marketing campaigns, and territory management.

This is not a “fetch coffee” internship. You’ll be actively involved in developing strategies, making sales calls, and executing marketing initiatives that directly impact company growth. For the right candidate, this internship could lead to a full-time sales and marketing position upon graduation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned sales territory to drive leads, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, mail marketing, etc.).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Analyze territory performance and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on special projects and events.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
