On-Site | Full-Time | Sales Representative

Beacon Engineering Resources is a national leader in technical staffing, connecting top engineering talent with companies in high-growth industries like medical devices, aerospace, and consumer products. We’re expanding—and looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Representative in our Topsfield, MA office.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to break into business, sales, or recruiting, and gain real-world experience in high-tech industries. We provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement. By the end of your first year, you should expect to earn around $60,000, including commission from your sales.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain relationships with engineering managers nationwide

Conduct outreach via phone and email to understand client hiring needs

Partner with our recruiting team to deliver tailored staffing solutions

Maintain organized, accurate client records in our CRM system

Support the full sales cycle—from first contact to successful placement

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Positive, energetic attitude with a desire to learn and grow

Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

Comfortable with phone-based outreach

Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

Bachelor’s degree or customer-facing work experience

Interest in staffing, recruiting, or the engineering industry
